Responsibilities

  • • This position directly supports daily store operations by upholding service quality standards in a fast-moving retail environment
  • • As an Digital Order Fulfillment Team Member, you are responsible for completing online customer orders from start to finish while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and member satisfaction
  • • You will collaborate with fellow associates and interact with customers during pickup to ensure a smooth and reliable fulfillment process
  • • Locate and gather merchandise required to fulfill online customer orders
  • • Prepare, package, and review items to confirm orders are complete and accurate before dispensing
  • • Determine appropriate item substitutions when needed and communicate with customers for confirmation
  • • Provide assistance to customers during order pickup by responding to questions and offering support
  • • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with established standards
  • • Assist with overall store operations by supporting stocking activities or helping other departments as needed
  • • Perform efficiently in a high-volume environment, including working evenings, weekends, and peak business periods
