Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
• Execute prospecting, lead generation, and script practice per team standards
• Consult with buyers and sellers and convert into signed agreements
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities and events per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Demonstrate expertise on the current market, pricing strategies, and other related services
Qualifications

• A licensed real estate professional with 1+ years of experience.
• A relationship builder who listens, connects, and delivers results.
